Do you really believe that anyone here at dA--except for you and I--knows about this 1955 movie starring Jeff Morrow and Faith Domergue (let alone the original 1952 book)? I'm not sure how old you are, but I remember seeing it as a youngster when it first came out. My aunt took my sister and I to see it, and I had nightmares for weeks afterwards. This movie and "Forbidden Planet" (much better movie, for sure) were my two all-time Sci-Fi favorite films until the great films of the late '60s brought computer technology fully into the genre.
